Fred Williams
Fred started his Krav Maga journey in early 2015 under (then) IKMF California Director and Expert 2 Drew Goodwin. He was intrigued by the science behind Krav Maga and how fast students become proficient in its use. His passion to help others learn to defend themselves quickly led him to becoming a certified IKMF Krav Maga Instructor.
To improve his skills and knowledge, Fred has trained with some of the best instructors in the world. His desire to share his Krav Maga and wrestling skills with others gives him a unique teaching perspective that greatly benefits his students.
Seeing students grow with self confidence every day reminds him of why he became an instructor. His goal for every class is that students will learn something that could very well save their lives.
His desire to empower others doesn’t stop with Krav Maga. Fred is a certified NRA Pistol Instructor dedicated to helping others learn proper firearm safety and use for personal protection.
A protector by nature, he also serves as a Security Team member ensuring the safety of all at his church. Protecting others is simply who he is. A true sheepdog at heart.
