This is your opportunity to train with the very best... the elite of the elite. Paula Meyers, the highest ranking instructor in the UNited States for the International Krav Maga Federation (IKMF) will be in San Diego conducting instructor training and recertification.
The 6-hour training block will be broken down into two 3-hour sessions (one for training and one for testing). The "morning session" (9:00am - 12:00pm) will be for training and the afternoon session will be for the test itself.
There will be a 1 hour lunch from 12:00-1:00pm (not included). Everyone is responsible for their own lunch. There are plenty of places around the gym to grab a bite to eat.
