It's a well known fact that most physical altercations end up on the ground. Possessing the ability to defend yourself should you end up there could mean the difference between life and death. In this class, we will cover misc techniques but also outline the differences between the streets and the mat. All interested parties are welcome… no previous Krav Maga experience is required. Please "READ MORE" and check out the description below.
According to jiujitsubrotherhood.com, the unofficial epicenter of the Jiu-Jitsu revolution (outside of Brazil) is San Diego, CA. As a matter of fact, southern CA in general is home to more people practicing the art than anywhere else in the world.
This means that, if you encounter an altercation, there is a high degree of probability that the person you are about to tangle with has some type of ground game (BJJ, wrestling, etc). In this course, you will learn how to defend yourself on the ground. You will learn what works on the streets vs what works on a mat.
NOTE! You can save $20 by signing up for the beginner, intermediate & advanced Ground Fighting Workshop seminars by purchasing a single ticket for $100.
