This seminar will provide women with a set of tools that can be applied to a multitude of potentially violent situations. Please double check your calendar before registering. This is a free class and by signing up to attend, that leaves one less seat for someone else.
Please note, this seminar will deal with adult themes and is available for women only, ages 15 and above. Women under the age of 15 may be able to attend if they have the consent of a parent or guardian and the request is approved by the head instructor.
ATTIRE: Wear comfortable clothing (t-shirt & sweat pants/leggings). Leave all jewelry (earrings, piercings, rings, smart watches, fitbits, etc) at home as you will not be allowed to participate if you wear such items to the seminar. We will be training inside for part of this seminar but will venture outside as well so please wear some type of running/tennis shoe. Don't forget to bring water!
