CARJACKING has become one of the most prevalent crimes in many parts of the world today and rates are rising rapidly. Carjackings are often brutal and violent in nature, as well as pose a strong threat of kidnapping either to the driver or passengers. This seminar will further build on part I and cover additional anti-carjacking tactics and techniques. You do NOT need to have taken Part I to enroll in this class.
